Mergers & Acquisitions - our understanding
The Anglo-Saxon term M&A, which stands for mergers & acquisitions, is increasingly encountered in the German language, not just because of the growing M&A market but also due to the rising presence of related publications in magazines and the daily press.
M&A can be drawn from the American world of Investment Banking and represents all activities performed by companies, their shareholders and consultants with regard to the acquisition, sale, merger or investment in one or more companies or included parts.
